The maritime industry was one of the first to commercialize and benefit from the use of diesel-electric hybrid technology for practicality reasons. ADEC Kedge has extensive experience in the design, approval, construction, and operation of diesel electric hybrid, including the use of large battery banks providing stored energy for propulsion delivered by electric motor.

ADEC Kedge represents a client building a series of fast hybrid ferries in New Zealand. After being involved through the planning stages, we are  working to see these groundbreaking vessels completed and put into service.
