Do you conduct Condition & Valuation Surveys?
ADEC Kedge provides Condition & Valuation Surveys for fleets, individual domestic commercial vessels, and some recreational vessels.
A Condition & Valuation Survey is a comprehensive inspection and assessment of a vessel to determine its current condition and market value. This survey is often required for insurance or financing purposes. We also conduct Pre-Purchase Surveys for commercial vessels only.
At ADEC Kedge, we have developed a custom template to ensure a thorough and consistent assessment for every Condition & Valuation Survey we conduct. The final report provided by the assigned Marine Surveyor will detail the condition of the vessel, highlight any defects or areas of concern, and provide an estimated market value.
